We are pleased to participate with most major insurance companies, including Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield, Connecticare, Husky and United HealthCare. The office is out of network with both Aetna and Cigna.

We will submit to your insurance company, but must remind our patients that submission is not a guarantee of payment.

For patients who do not carry insurance, or who belong to plans in which we do not participate, a same day cash price is  available.
